In Maricopa County, 25-40 people pass away every day.  So on the conservative side, that is 750 that pass away every month.

Of those people, about 20 to 25 percent own Real Estate.  Once again on the conservative side, that is 150 properties per month

Some are in Joint Tenancy. Some of the joint tenants want to sell their property, and some want to remain living there.
