You can search on one field or any combination of fields
If you haven't registered yet, you need to before you can search
State - This will give you all the properties in a specific State. Just use the The States' abbreviation. We suggest you also use County
Input Date - Use a date to see the latest foreclosures
This will give you all of the properties that were entered after the date you specify. It doesn't have to be an exact date
County - This will give you all the properties in a specific county. Just use the first two letters of the county name.
Foreclosure_ - If you know the foreclosure number, this will find that record
Sale Date - If you know the original scheduled sale date, you can search the first box here. If you want to look at sale dates after the one you enter, search on the second box.You need to check with the trustee as to the current sale date.
Last Name - If you know the Last Name of the owner, you can search here
First Name - If you include this with Last Name it will refine your search
Address - Enter the number part of the address here
Street Name - Put the street name here or use in combination with the address field
City - If you want to know properties in a city use this field
Zip - If you want to know properties in a zip code use this field
